By utilizing the high-frequency vibration deformation of piezoelectric ceramics, the internal liquid in the single needle is driven to eject to form liquid droplets (short-term high-frequency vibration) or uniform atomization spraying (continuous high-frequency vibration). It can be customized according to the actual situation with different ejection angles, shapes, and widths for flexible application. The aperture size is 100-500 microns, and the droplets are scattered in a normal distribution pattern with a concentrated diameter of 10-20 microns. The size of the liquid droplets is related to the aperture and the starting vibration time, and currently the parameters are usually adjusted to make it around 400 microns. The starting vibration frequency is 100kHz.
