The nozzle consists of a specially designed slit head and a vibration device. The slit coating head, which has been designed through multiple simulations using custom ultrasonic high-frequency vibrations, ensures the consistency, stability, and uniformity of the coating. It achieves precise coating and, when the equipment is stopped, the baffle can automatically close the nozzle mouth, while the negative pressure device provides the nozzle with suitable negative pressure, ensuring that the slurry is suspended in the nozzle and does not drip onto the customer's substrate, causing defects.
The equipment mechanism consists of three parts: the motion part (horizontal displacement component that controls the horizontal position and lifting component that controls the coating height), the feeding part (screw pump and material storage tank), and the nozzle part (discharge head, baffle, and negative pressure device). Under PLC control, the coating path, height, ceramic ink usage, and distribution can be precisely controlled, ensuring the continuous consistency and stability of coating and feeding.
